Day 25! You are On a Roll!

Day 25 — 2011 Great Release Challenge! Sunday, 25 December

by Silver RavenWolf

How did your 3-Minute de-clutter challenge work for you yesterday?  Did you have fun with it?  How about your 5-Minute evening clean-up?  How did that go?

Today, your physical mission is very simple — enjoy the holiday (if you are celebrating with friends or family) and take care of the holiday trash.  If you are traveling — help your host or hostess in every way you can (but, you were already going to do that).

Your Gold Star Meditation today is a repeat — remember when you actually became the gold star itself?  That’s today’s meditation, too.  I purposefully had you practice it early, so today, when things are stressful, you already know what to do.  Why not activate some of those other stars you worked on as well.  Whatever you need to access the true spirituality of the day.  Remember, it ain’t the stuff…it IS the memories.

If you have not planned anything this weekend (perhaps you are coming to the program at a different time of year, or this is not a holiday season for you) concentrate on that list we discussed at the beginning of the program.  If you’ve already finished that — wow!  You are doing super!  Think about those questions I asked you yesterday and perhaps rearrange objects and tired routines to better serve your new, enhanced spiritual lifestyle.

If you complete today’s challenge — you earn another gold star!  This is number Twenty- Five!  We are so on a roll!  This star stands for Accessing GOOD Memories — those of love, happiness, laughter, and joy — and place it anywhere on your aura during today’s meditation.

My Release Diary

Yesterday, my husband and I enjoyed a little shopping.  My youngest daughter made dinner for us and we enjoyed the company of our granddaughter.  After they left I did more clearing in the basement and the back porch.  Today, I had lots of fun with the 3-Minute de-clutter challenge, practicing it several of times.  The 5-Minute evening clean-up last night went fairly well, although the kitchen was still a mess (fixed that today).

Things here are a little unusual, and I’ll explain further near the end of the program.  Suffice it to say, I’ve not had enough time to do all the things I would have liked; but, I’m satisfied with what I have accomplished and hope to do a little more in the last week of the program.  Starting Monday the 26th, we’ll be working more on incorporating positive energy into our environment.  We’ll also talk about some space saver techniques I’ve been using that may help you in keeping organized!

I hope that this weekend has been a delightful and happy one for you and all those you love.  Keep shining!

Peace with the Gods Peace with Nature Peace Within So Be It!
